Error 7 or 11 displayed on your franking machine
Log in to Your Account and review your accounts for any outstanding balances due to resolve error 7 or 11.
Products affected: DM60™ (K722), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475M™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)
IssueError 7, error 0007, error 11 or Error 0011 appears because your postage account is blocked. This is usually due to an outstanding balance/s on your Pitney Bowes accounts.
ResolutionLog in to Your Account and review your accounts for any outstanding balances due. You can view the invoices and use them to make payment following the instructions on the invoice. Once payments are cleared the postage block will be removed.
