"GNU GRUB" message on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P

Issue

The message "GNU GRUB" error appears at power up.

Cause

The hard drive is corrupted or damaged.

Resolution

A reboot may resolve the issue. Here are the steps to follow for a safe restart:

  1. Hold the power button for 5 seconds until the light goes off.
  2. Wait for the screen to go black and the blue light on the front to go out. This may take several minutes.
  3. After everything has been off for 10 seconds press the power button to power back up.
