How to set up a Direct Debit

Setting up an account for Direct Debit payment enables payments to be processed automatically. If you have more than one account, accounts must be set up individually. 

The quickest way to set up a Direct Debit can now be done in Your Account online.
 
Follow the step by step instructions below to set up a Direct Debit;

  1. Sign In to your online account profile
  2. From the Your Financials section select Billing Preferences 
  3. Select the Direct Debit tab
  4. Select Set Up Direct Debit 
  5. Select the Pitney Bowes account type you want to set up on Direct Debit
 
  • Purchase Power or PrePay Accounts payment account option
Select the type of Bank Account Holder (Single or Multiple Signatures) 
 
If you have selected "I am the sole account holder for the bank account"
  1. Select the account(s) to add a Direct Debit
  2. Complete the form
  3. Select a Payment Amount
  4. Select Continue
If you have selected "There are multiple account holders for the bank account"
  1. Complete the form
  2. Select the Create PDF button to create the form
  3. The PDF will download to your computer
  4. Email the PDF to direct.debit@pb.com to complete your Direct Debit registration. 
 
  • Lease, Rental and Postage payment account option
  1. Complete the form
  2. Select the Create PDF button to create the form
  3. The PDF will download to your computer
  4. Email the PDF to direct.debit@pb.com to complete your Direct Debit registration. 


Mandates

  • If you are unable to access our Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal, download the relevant mandate below.
  • Print and complete all sections of the mandate; be sure to sign, date and include Pitney Bowes Account Numbers.
  • Scan the completed form and email to direct.debit@pb.com.
