Changing your company address
Sign in to Your Account to update your company address for your Pitney Bowes accounts.
Sign in to your online account to update your company address for your Pitney Bowes accounts.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
- Select Your Account and click Manage Accounts.
- Locate the account you would like to update and select Change.
- Select the Yes/No boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and or the billing address.
- Complete the form with the new address information.
- Select 'I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions' checkbox.
- Select Create a Case.
- Select Confirm.
Note: It may take up to 3 business days for your address to update. Invoices generated before the address change will reflect the old address.
