Change of Location or Billing Address
Updating the physical location or billing address of your product(s) and/or subscriptions.
To change the physical location or billing address for your product(s) and/ or subscription(s) follow the steps below.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
- Expand the Your Account dropdown from the top navigation bar and select Manage Accounts.
- Locate the account requiring an address update and select Change.
- Select the appropriate Yes/No boxes to update the physical location of your equipment and/or the billing address.
- Complete the form with the new address information.
- Select 'I agree to the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions' checkbox.
- Select Create a Case.
- Select Confirm once you have reviewed and ensured the requested changes are accurate.
Note: It may take up to 72hrs for your address to update. Invoices generated prior to the address change will reflect the old address.
