Checking account balance in SendPro Online
In order to print labels and postage in SendPro Online, you must have enough funds in your postage account.
To check your account balance:
- Choose the Send a Letter tab on the Home screen.
- Click Postage Sheets, Postage Rolls or Envelope.
- Your postage account balance will be shown at the top of the screen.
Alternatively you can view your balance via settings.
Click Postage Refills from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the Postage Account section to view your postage account balance.
