Checking account balance in SendPro Online

In order to print labels and postage in SendPro Online, you must have enough funds in your postage account.

To check your account balance:

  1. Choose the Send a Letter tab on the Home screen.
  2. Click Postage Sheets, Postage Rolls or Envelope.
  3. Your postage account balance will be shown at the top of the screen.

Alternatively you can view your balance via settings.

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Postage Refills from the drop-down menu.

  3. Scroll down to the Postage Account section to view your postage account balance.
