Making an account inactive on the SendPro C, SendPro+

Make an account inactive to prevent the account being used. Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against an account.

  1. Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Manage Accounts.
    If you don't see the Manage Accounts button, tap the Preferences icon and tap Manage Accounts.
  4. Tap Edit account.
  5. Tap the account you want to make inactive.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Tap the Inactive button.
  8. When finished, tap anywhere on the screen, but outside of the fields.
  9. Tap OK to return to the Accounts screen.
  10. Tap the back arrow to return to the list of accounts.
  11. Tap Cancel to return to the Envelope Printing screen.
