Make an account inactive to prevent the account being used. Setting the account status to inactive prevents anyone from charging postage against an account.
- Tap Envelope Printing on the Home screen.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Manage Accounts.
If you don't see the Manage Accounts button, tap the Preferences icon and tap Manage Accounts.
- Tap Edit account.
- Tap the account you want to make inactive.
- Select OK.
- Tap the Inactive button.
- When finished, tap anywhere on the screen, but outside of the fields.
- Tap OK to return to the Accounts screen.
- Tap the back arrow to return to the list of accounts.
- Tap Cancel to return to the Envelope Printing screen.
