View, Amend or Cancel a Direct Debit

How to view, amend or cancel a Direct Debit for an account.
Identify the account type of the Direct Debit you want to view, amend or cancel and follow the instructions below.
  • Purchase Power or PrePay Accounts
Follow the step by step instructions below to view, amend or cancel a Direct Debit;
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. Expand the Billing & Financials dropdown from the top navigation bar and select Direct Debit. 
  3. Choose the account you want to amend.
  4. Select the radio buttons to View, Amend or Cancel.
  • Lease or Rental Accounts
Amend: Follow the instructions for Setting up a Direct Debit to change an existing Direct Debit. 
Note: Once the new details are applied to the account an email will be sent confirming the change. 

View: Use the chat option below to connect with an advisor who can provide the current Direct Debit details for an account.
Cancel:  To remove a Direct Debit from an account you will need to Create a Case.
Note: The representative assigned to your case will confirm the change via email once the details have been removed
