Viewing, amending or cancelling a Direct Debit
Sign in to Your Account to view, change or cancel your Direct Debit details for your Pay As You Go, PrePay, Lease or rental accounts.
Amend or cancel the Direct Debit instruction for your Pay As You Go, PrePay, Lease or rental accounts.
View: For information on the current Direct Debit details for your lease or rental account, please chat with us.
Amend: Follow the instructions for Setting up a Direct Debit to change an existing Direct Debit. After the new details are applied to the account we will email confirmation.
Cancel: Create a Case in the online portal to remove a Direct Debit instruction from your account. The representative assigned to your case will confirm the change by email once the details have been removed.
