Adding accounts to your online profile

Instructions adding different billing accounts to your online portal.
This article is for clients that have already registered for a Pitney Bowes online account and want to have access to additional accounts. If you are not yet registered, sign up now.
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal
  2. Expand the Your Account dropdown from the navigation bar and select Manage Accounts.
  3. Select Add an Account Number.
  4. Enter the account number and select Continue.
  5. Select the option you want to use to validate the account access.
    • Pitney Bowes Ltd: Serial Number or Post Code. 
    • Purchase Power or PrePay: Invoice number or invoice amount. 
  6. Enter the required value and select Submit
