Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Select Support & Cases and click Create a New Case.
- Select Account Support > Postage/Meter Refill Assistance > PrePay.
- Select the radio button Amend my Agreed PrePay Balance.
- Complete the form then select Submit.
