Amending an Agreed PrePay Balance

Sign in to Your Account to request a change to the Agreed PrePay Balance on your PrePay account.

A higher Agreed PrePay Balance will decrease the risk of service interruption due to insufficient funds..

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.

  2. Select Support & Cases and click Create a New Case.
  3. Select Account Support > Postage/Meter Refill Assistance > PrePay.
  4. Select the radio button Amend my Agreed PrePay Balance.
  5. Complete the form then select Submit.
