Sign in to Your Account to manage your cases online. You can view open cases, add attachments and comments and close resolved cases.

Manage cases online 

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
  2. Select Support and Cases and click Manage Your Cases
  3. Choose the required case to view.

Helpful tips

  • Filter cases by location, case status, or case type
  • Search for cases by case number or keyword. 
  • Use the table headers to sort cases.
