Managing support cases online
Instructions on managing support cases online. How to add comments, view open cases and close cases via your online account.
Support cases raised with Pitney Bowes can be monitored through the Your Account online portal. Follow the steps below to sign in and view case updates, add comments and attachments, or close cases.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your online account online portal.
- From the Support and Cases dropdown in the top navigation bar select Manage Your Cases.
- Choose the required case to view.
- Filter cases by location, case status, or case type.
- Search for cases by case number or keyword.
- Use the table headers to sort cases.
