Viewing postage payments and meter resets online

Within the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal, you can view a list of account transactions made for your postage accounts.

To see your postage payments and downloads, sign in to Your Account. There, you'll find a complete list of everything you have added and used for your meter. 

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal
  2. Select the Invoices button for the desired account type from the Your Financials section.
  3. Click the Transactions tab.
  4. If you have multiple accounts, use the dropdown to select the required account number.
  5. A list of all transactions will be displayed 
Note: The transactions tab will not be available to view against your Billing Accounts.
