Viewing postage payments and meter resets online

Within the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal, you can view a list of account transactions made for your postage accounts. You are able to view any payments or meter resets made.

Within the transactions tab, you can view a list of individual transactions that have applied to accounts related to billing for postage. 

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal. 
  2. Select the Invoices button for the desired account type from the Your Financials section.
  3. Choose the Transactions tab.
  4. If you have multiple accounts, use the dropdown to select the required account number.
  5. A list of all transactions will be displayed 
Note: The transactions tab will not be available to view against your Billing Accounts.
