Turning billing notification emails On or Off

Sign in to Your Account to change your billing notification email settings. When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online.

Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
Select the Billing & Financials menu and click Billing Notifications.
Select the On or Off toggles for the required account.

Important: Email notifications must remain on against at least one registered email address.
