Updating your Personal Profile
Learn how to update the name or email address associated with your online portal.
Online profiles are created for a specific user. Choose between updating the details on your own profile, or invite a colleague to create their own profile.
- Option 1: Update the name and/or email address on your own profile. Use the Profile Management section to update your name and/or email address.
- Option 2: Invite a colleague to create their own profile. Use our Invite a colleague tool within the Business Account section to send a colleague an invitation to create their own profile. They will receive access to the same accounts that you have currently, but not to your profile or other personal information.
- Option 3: Delete your online profile. Use the Profile Management section to delete your online profile and all associated personal information that is stored with Pitney Bowes.
- Note: You will no longer have access to any Pitney Bowes sites. You cannot re-register using the same email address. You must use a new email address.
