Follow the instructions below to cancel your PitneyShip Pro subscription.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

  1. Sign in to PitneyShip Pro .
  2. Select your name in the upper right, then select Plans & Subscription.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click Cancel Subscription.
  6. Click OK.
