Clearing or resetting the batch count on the SendPro Mailstation

Follow these steps to clear or reset the number of mailpieces sent on the SendPro Mailstation.
Products affected: SendPro® Mailstation

Make certain that you want to delete the piece count information. Once you do, you cannot restore the data.

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Tap the right arrow to advance to the next page.
  3. Tap About Device.
  4. Tap Usage Counters.
  5. Tap Reset Batch Count.
