Opting out of marketing emails

How to unsubscribe (opt out) from receiving marketing emails.
Manage your marketing email preferences by signing into Your Account online. You can use your online account to opt out of receiving marketing emails from Pitney Bowes. 

Opt-Out of marketing emails

  1. Sign In to the Your Account online portal. 
  2. Expand the Your Account dropdown and select Email Notifications.
  3. Select the Marketing Emails option on the left side of the page.
  4. Use the toggles to turn the marketing email communication setting on or off for each topic.
If you are unable to register for the online portal you can unsubscribe from marketing emails here. 
If you unsubscribe from all Marketing emails you will continue to receive communications related to your accounts, products, and billing notifications.
