Resetting your forgotten password in PitneyShip Pro
You can reset your forgotten password at the log in screen.
Products affected: SendPro® Online powered by PitneyShip® Pro
You can reset your password if you have forgotten it from the Log in screen.
- Click Forgot your password? from the log in screen.
- You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with the PitneyShip Pro account you want to access.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- You will receive a reset email to the email address. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
