Resetting your forgotten password in PitneyShip Pro

You can reset your forgotten password at the log in screen.
Products affected: SendPro® Online powered by PitneyShip® Pro

You can reset your password if you have forgotten it from the Log in screen.

  1. Click Forgot your password? from the log in screen.
  2. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with the PitneyShip Pro account you want to access.
  3. Click Send Reset Link.
  4. You will receive a reset email to the email address. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
