Turning off Auto Receipt prompts on the DM300M-DM475
You can stop your franking machine offering you a receipt after you print each Special Delivery or Signed For mailpiece.
Products affected: DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475M™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)
You can stop your franking machine offering you a receipt after you print each Special Delivery or Signed For mailpiece.
- Press Options.
- Select Setup.
- Press Page Down.
- Select Tracking Service.
- Select Auto Receipts? to toggle between On and Off.
- Press Enter to confirm.
- Press Home to return to the Home screen.
