Sending post using a Surcharge payment on the DM300M-DM475
A Surcharge Payment allows you to print a custom postage amount on your franking machine. You can enter any value from £0.00 up to £999.99.
Products affected: DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)
A Surcharge Payment allows you to print a custom postage amount on your franking machine. You can enter any value from £0.00 up to £999.99.
- Select Class.
- Select Surch. Pymt twice.
- Enter the amount you want to print.
- Select OK.
- Select Yes to continue.
- Insert an envelope into the franking machine or press Tape to print a tape. The franking machine prints the postage.
To exit Surcharge Payment:
- Select Class.
- Press Options.
- Select Royal Mail then select the desired class and mail size, if necessary. You return to the Home screen.
