Errors 24A1, 24A2, 24A3, 24A4 or 24A5 on DM series franking machines
Restart your franking machine to resolve errors 24A1, 24A2, 24A3, 24A4 and 24A5.
Products affected: DM60™ (K722), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)
Issue
The below error codes appear and the franking machine will not print.
- 24A1
- 24A2
- 24A3
- 24A4
- 24A5
Cause
The franking machine has detected a software fault.
Resolution
- Turn the franking machine off by removing the power lead from the rear of the franking machine.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Replace the power lead and wait for the franking machine to initialise.
