Errors 2544, E2544, 2540, meter disabled or 011b on the DM60, DM110i-DM220i and DM300M-DM475
Restart the franking machine to resolve errors 2544, E2544, 2540, meter disabled or 011b.
Products affected: DM60™ (K722), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)
Issue
One or more of the following error codes appears and the franking machine is unable to print postage:
- 2544
- E2544
- 2540
- Meter disabled
- 011b
Resolution
- Turn the franking machine off by removing the power lead from the rear of the franking machine.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Replace the power lead and wait for the franking machine to initialise.
