Error codes 0810 or 081B on DM Series franking machines

Press Clear and look for another error code to resolve errors 0810 and 081B.

Products affected: DM60™ (K722), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)

Issue

Error codes 0810 or 081B and the franking machine will not print.

The franking machine has experienced an internal error preventing normal operation.

These errors are always accompanied by another error.

Press C or Clear to clear the error. If the error does not clear please restart the franking machine.

Now search the other error message that appears.
