Setting up a wireless (WiFi) connection with SmartLink on DM Series franking machines

Use a SmartLink device to connect your franking machine to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre with a wireless (WiFi) connection. These instructions are for first-time users who have never installed a SmartLink device.
Products affected: DM60™ (K722), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)

To configure a wireless (WiFi) connection using a SmartLink™ device:

  1. Go to the SmartLink Setup page.
  2. Select Wireless.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are unable to connect to the internet, as your IT department or internet provider to check the internet settings before you contact Pitney Bowes. If you need further assistance, please chat with us.
