The serial number and Product Code Number (PCN) can be found on a silver sticker at the rear of your franking machine.
Product Code Number (PCN)
The PCN is the franking machine model number.
- Your PCN is K722.
Serial Number
The serial number is the identification number registered with Royal Mail for the franking machine license.
It is a seven digit number also referred to as the meter number.
