Turning Weight Hold mode on or off on the DM60

Use Weight Hold mode if you cannot see the screen of your franking machine when weighing your mailpiece due to its size.

Weight Hold mode allows you to view the weight of the mailpiece once you remove it.

1. Press Options.
2. Press Review (Up) until Change Setup? appears.
3. Press Enter/yes.
4. Press Review (down) until Change weight hold setup? appears.
5. Press Enter/yes.
6. Follow the prompts to turn the feature on or off.
7. When complete, follow the prompts to return to the Home screen.

The DM60 holds the weight in memory until you complete selecting a class. When using this mode:

• WH appears when the weight is in memory.
• The weight remains for 10 seconds after you remove the mailpiece.
• Press Enter/yes to extend the time.
• Press Clear/Back to clear the weight before the ten seconds finishes.
