Clearing a paper jam on the DM110i-DM300M

Ensure you keep your franking machine free from dust and debris to help prevent paper jams.

  1. Turn your transport release lever clockwise to the released position.
  2. Carefully pull your envelope out toward the right.

  3. Working from left to right, use a can of non-flammable pressurised air, blow air onto the feed deck the envelopes and tape sheets travel on to ensure you remove all dust and debris.
  4. Turn your transport release lever anti-clockwise to the home position.
