Turning on Standard Accounting on the DM110i, DM160i and DM220i

Accounting allows you to track your postage use by department.

Accounting allows you to track your postage use by department.

  1. Press Options.
  2. Press Page Down.
  3. Select Turn Items On/Off.
  4. Select Accounting.
  5. Select Turn Accounting On.
  6. Enter the supervisor password, if required.
  7. Select Standard Accounting.
  8. Choose Select an Account to create one or more accounts, as required. You need to create at least one account to be able to print mail with Accounting turned on.
  9. After creating accounts, press Clear/Back to return to the Home screen.
