Error code 107 (invalid software) on the DM110i, DM160i and DM220i and DM300M, DM400M and DM475

Reboot your franking machine to clear error code 107 (invalid software) on DM Series franking machines.
Products affected: DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)

Issue

Error 107 (invalid software) appears and the franking machine will not print.

Cause

The franking machine detected a software fault.

Resolution

  1. Turn the franking machine off by removing the power lead from the rear of the franking machine.
  2. Wait one to three minutes.
  3. Replace the power lead, and then wait for the franking machine to initialise.
