Error 46 on the DM110i, DM160i and DM220i and DM300M, DM400M and DM475
Restart the franking machine to resolve error 46.
Products affected: DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)
Issue
Error 46 appears and the franking machine will not print.
Cause
The franking machine has detected a software fault.
Resolution
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the franking machine. To restart safely, follow these steps:
- Unplug the power lead from the rear of the franking machine.
- Wait thirty seconds.
- Replace the power lead. Check that the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
