Frozen on Initialising on the DM60 and DM110i-DM220i

Restart the franking machine if it freezes on Initialising.
Products affected: DM60™ (K722), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20)


The franking machine cannot progress past the "Initializing" screen.


The franking machine experiences an internal error that prevents normal operation.


Restart your franking machine to resolve this issue.

  1. Unplug the power cord from the rear of the franking machine.
  2. Wait thirty seconds.
  3. Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
