Frozen on Initialising on the DM60 and DM110i-DM220i
The franking machine cannot progress past the "Initializing" screen.
The franking machine experiences an internal error that prevents normal operation.
Restart your franking machine to resolve this issue.
- Unplug the power cord from the rear of the franking machine.
- Wait thirty seconds.
- Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
