Turning the supervisor password on or off on the DM300M-DM475

The Supervisor Password prevents unauthorised access to the postage refill and setup procedures.
Products affected: DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)

The Supervisor Password prevents unauthorised access to the postage refill and setup procedures.

  1. Press Options.
  2. Select Setup.
  3. Select Lock Code/Password.
  4. Select Enable or Disable Password.
  5. Enter the new supervisor password, then select OK.
  6. Re-enter the new supervisor password then select OK.
  7. At the Password Enabled message, select OK.
