"Missing Graphic" message on the DM300M-DM475
Connect your franking machine to Pitney Bowes and download any available updates to resolve the Missing Graphic message.
Products affected: DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M)
The message Missing Graphic appears and the franking machine will not print.
Your franking machine is missing one or more graphic files.
- Ensure you connect your franking machine to either your SmartLink device, your network if using a wired or wireless connection or your PC if using PC Meter Connect.
- Remove the power lead and wait ten seconds.
- Replace the power lead.
- Once the franking machine initialises, press Refill Postage.
- Select Check PbP Balance. The franking machine connects to Pitney Bowes.
- When the franking machine connects, the PBP balance screen appears. Select No to skip adding funds.
- The franking machine then checks for an available download and installs the missing graphics.
- When the update finishes, follow the prompts until you return to the Home screen.
