"Low Sector" message on the DM110i-DM220i and DM300M-DM475
Restart the franking machine to resolve the Low Sector message.
Products affected: DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™, DM400M™, DM475™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)
Issue
The message Low Sector appears and the franking machine will not print or display the Home screen.
Cause
The internal franking machine software has failed.
Resolution
You may be able to clear the error by restarting the franking machine. To restart safely, follow these steps:
- Unplug the power lead from the rear of the franking machine.
- Wait three minutes.
- Replace the power lead. Check that the wall outlet is functioning correctly.
