Credits for unused postage when returning a meter
Learn how Pitney Bowes credits unused postage from your franking machine to your account following cancellation or replacement.
Credits when a franking machine is withdrawn
As part of the cancellation or meter replacement process, any unused postage from your old meter is transferred to your Pay As You Go or PrePay account within 5 - 10 working days of the meter being returned to Pitney Bowes. Alternatively, if you are withdrawing the meter yourself prior to return, unused postage funds are returned to your postage account immediately.
