Adding low postage balance alerts

Sign in to Your Account to set up notification emails for when your postage account balance or meter balance goes below a chosen threshold.

Add low balance alerts for a postage account

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal. 
2. Select the Your Account menu and click Email Notifications.
3. Select Low Credit Alerts for the required account type. 
4. Select the ON / OFF sliders below the Email Setting field.
5. Enter the amount for when the alert will trigger and select Turn on Email Alerts. 

Add low balance alerts for a postage meter

1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal. 
2. Select the Your Products menu and click Postage Meters.
3. Select the required meter. 
4. Select Set Up Low Postage Email Alerts. 
5. Enter the amount for when the alert will trigger and select Turn on Email Alerts.
