Checking your meter balance online

Instructions on how to check the available balance on a postage meter through your online account.
Note: To view a postage meter balance online a device must be connected via a SmartLink device. This feature is not available for SendPro® P series devices. 
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal
  2. Expand the Your Products section from the top navigation bar and select Postage Meters
  3. Select the required meter and view the Postage on Meter to see the available funds.
