Sign in to Your Account to view the available postage balance on your franking machine.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal
  2. Select Your Products and click Postage Meters
  3. Select the required meter from the list that appears.
  4. View the Postage on Meter to see the available funds.

Note: To view a postage meter balance online a device must be connected via a SmartLink device. This feature is not available for SendPro® P series devices.
