Checking your meter balance online
Instructions on how to check the available balance on a postage meter through your online account.
Note: To view a postage meter balance online a device must be connected via a SmartLink device. This feature is not available for SendPro® P series devices.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
- Expand the Your Products section from the top navigation bar and select Postage Meters.
- Select the required meter and view the Postage on Meter to see the available funds.
