Note: To view a postage meter balance online a device must be connected via a SmartLink device. This feature is not available for SendPro® P series devices.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
- Select Your Products and click Postage Meters.
- Select the required meter from the list that appears.
- View the Postage on Meter to see the available funds.
