Deleting a user in Smart Access Management, PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack Asset, PitneyTrack Inbound, PitneyTrack Enterprise or PitneyLockers

If a user account is no longer needed, you can delete it.

If a user account is no longer needed, you can delete it.

  1. Select Settings > Users.
  2. Locate the user you wish to delete using the search box and filters at the top.
  3. Select the Delete User icon next to the user you wish to delete.

  4. Select Delete.
