Enabling or disabling a Customer reference for Special Delivery and Signed For mail on the Connect+ Series, SendPro P

When printing Special Delivery or Signed For mail, you can add a reference for the mailpiece.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000

When printing Special Delivery or Signed For mail, you can add a reference for the mailpiece. For example, you can add a recipients postcode as the reference which you can view within Manage Accounts and Inview. The customer reference is also printed on a customer receipt.

  1. Select Settings from the Home screen.

  2. Select Applications.

  3. Select Tracking Services.
  4. Select the Enter customer reference tick box.

  5. Select Home to return to the Home screen.
