Installing the signature pad app in PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise

The signature pad app is needed in order to use the pad with PitneyTrack.

The signature pad app is needed in order to use the pad with PitneyTrack.

  1. Sign in to PitneyTrack.
  2. Select Settings > Install Signature Pad App.
    Note: If Install Signature Pad App does not appear on the menu, then the Signature Pad App is probably already installed.
  3. If the download does not start automatically, select the download the app now link.
  4. Double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation.
  5. Follow the directions on the screen to complete the installation.
