Reprinting a postage label in PitneyShip Pro and PitneyShip Enterprise

You can reprint a DHL Express, UPS or FexEd shipping label up to 30 days from the initial printing. All other carriers allow reprinting up to 24 hours from initial printing.

Products affected: SendPro® Online powered by PitneyShip® Pro, PitneyShip® Enterprise 

You can reprint a DHL Express, UPS or FedEx shipping label up to 30 days from the initial printing. After that, the reprint option will no longer be available. You can reprint a maximum of eight times within the 30 day period.

For all other carriers you can reprint a shipping label a maximum of eight times within 24 hours from the initial printing. 

The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.

Reprinting a label that you just printed

  1. In the confirmation of the label that you just printed, select Reprint Label.
  2. Select the box to agree to the conditions.
  3. Select Reprint Label.

Reprinting a label from the History screen

  1. From the Sending menu, select Parcels and Letter History.
  2. Select the arrow next to the label you wish to reprint.
  3. Select Reprint Label.
  4. Select the box to agree to the conditions.
  5. Select Reprint Label.
