Enabling or requiring cost accounts in PitneyShip Pro and PitneyShip Enterprise
Cost accounts allow you to assign the cost of shipping labels to an account. This can help you track how you spend your postage funds.

Cost accounts allow you to assign the cost of shipping labels to an account. This can help you track how you spend your postage funds.
The features and options you see may vary depending upon your role and subscription. If you have any questions regarding your permissions, please contact your administrator.
- Select Settings > Cost Accounts.
- Select Settings in the cost account menu.
- Select .
- Choose the required sending options:
- Require for all shipments
- Require for all stamps
- Require for add ship request (PitneyShip Enterprise only).
- Show Cost Account Hierarchy (PitneyShip Enterprise only).
- Choose the required receiving and/or locker options if available (PitneyShip Enterprise only).
- Select Update.
