Restoring a deleted package record in PitneyTrack Inbound or PitneyTrack Enterprise
If you accidentally delete a package record, you can restore it.
Products affected: PitneyTrack® Inbound, PitneyTrack® Enterprise
If you accidentally delete a package record, you can restore it.
- From the Receiving menu at the top, select Package Activity under Packages.
- From the All Packages status menu, select Deleted.
- Select the arrow next to the desired package to expand it and view the details.
- Select Restore.
