Missing items when installing your franking machine

Sign in to Your Account and create a case if you are missing items when installing your franking machine.
Products affected: DM60™ (K722), DM110i™, DM160i™, DM220i™ (PR20), DM300M™ (G922, RG9224M, SG922, RG9224)

Issue

You are trying to install your franking machine but there are items missing from the box.

Resolution

You will need sign in to Your Account and create a case to resolve this issue.

  1. Go to the signin page.
  2. Select Technical Support.
  3. Select your equipment.
  4. Select Installation of Equipment.
  5. Select the I need assistance with the installation of the equipment radio button.
  6. In the Please provide any details you might have text box enter the following information:
    • A brief explanation of the issue.
    • A list of the missing equipment. You can use the installation poster to cross reference any missing items.
  7. Enter your contact details.
  8. Select Submit.

A confirmation window appears with your case number. This information is also sent by email. Your case will be assigned to a Pitney Bowes representative who will assist in completing your request.
