Downloading and installing the JZ22 (Zebra ZD621) printer driver for PitneyShip Pro, PitneyShip Enterprise, PitneyTrack Inbound, or PitneyTrack Enterprise

If you are installing the Pitney Bowes JZ22 (Zebra ZD621) printer use the following instructions to download the printer driver.

1. Visit the Zebra ZD621 printer support page and download the Windows Printer Driver v10 driver.

2. Once the file is downloaded, double-click on the downloaded file.
3. On the Welcome screen, click Next.
4. Select the desired Destination folder and click Next.
5. Click Next and Next again.
6. Click Finish and the Printer Driver Installation Wizard will begin.
7. Click Next, then select Install Printer Driver.
8. Accept the License Agreement.
9. Choose the USB port type, and click Next. Once the printer connects, the file will be installed. Once the printer is installed, a Succeeded message will appear.
10. If you are using this printer with PitneyTrack, proceed to the next section.

PitneyTrack configuration

If you are using this printer with PitneyTrack, perform the following steps to set it up:

1. Click the Start menu button.
   
2. Type and select Printers & scanners.
   
3. Select ZDesigner ZD621-203dpi ZPL and click Manage.
   
4. Click Printing preferences.
5. Click the Page Setup tab.
6. Set the height setting to 80 mm.
7. Set the Media type setting to Continuous labels.
8. Click the Graphic Options tab.
9. Set the Dithering setting to Clipart.
10. Click OK to save the settings.
11. Click Printer properties.
12. Click the Advanced tab.
13. Click Printing Defaults.
14. Repeat steps 5 through 9.
15. Click OK to save the settings.
