Enabling RFID authentication using PitneyLockers

To enable recipients to log into a locker kiosk by tapping a badge or smart card, ensure that the correct value is entered in the Personnel ID field of the Address Book.

You can allow recipients to log in to the kiosk using their ID badge or smart card.

Adding the recipients ID badge or smart card number

  1. Select Settings > Address Book.
  2. Select the Edit icon next to the recipient you wish to edit.

  3. Enter the badge ID or smart card number in the Personnel ID field. Note: You can use a custom field to enter your RFID number, if preferred.

  4. Select Save and Close.
    The recipient can now tap their badge on the RFID reader to log into the kiosk.

You can also import multiple users into the Address Book. If you import multiple contacts, your address import CSV file must contain the correct values in the PersonnelID field.
