Web browser: New Signature option for Proof of Delivery in Email Notifications
The Notifications and Templates screen now features a new enhancement to Proof of Delivery (POD) in email notifications. When users select the Receiving Notification type along with either the Delivered or Checkpoint condition, the Insert data field menu will now display a new option called Signature.
Selecting Signature will insert an image of the signature into the email body as part of the POD. The existing ProofOfDeliveryPhoto field will still show the photo taken at the time of delivery. For emails related to delivered packages, both the photo and signature images will reflect the most recent captures for each POD type.
