Setting up Direct Carrier Delivery in PitneyLockers

You can configure your locker bank to accept direct carrier delivery by adding a role and printing QR codes for carriers to use. A photo will be taken every time a carrier logs into the locker bank for delivery. Carrier deliveries will be shown in the Locker Activity Log.

1. Enable carrier drop off
2. Create a carrier code and print a QR code

Enable carrier drop off

Verify user subscription

1. Click Settings > My Settings > Roles.
2. Select the Edit Account icon next to the USER role .
3. Scroll to ILP under Features.
4. Select Carrier DropOff.

Enable the function in locker settings

1. Click Settings > Lockers > General Settings.
2. Select a Location and Locker Bank.
3. Set the toggle for Carrier DropOff to ON.

Create a carrier code

1. Select Settings > Lockers > Carrier Codes.
2. Click Create Carrier Code.
3. Enter a Carrier Name and Carrier Code.
4. Click Create.
5. Click the QR code icon next to a carrier.
6. Click Download or Print.
