Direct carrier drop-off
We've designed a new feature for apartment complexes that allows multiple delivery carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, and others) to deposit packages into on-site lockers securely.
Authorized carriers are authenticated via a CarrierID, and they can search or select the intended recipient from the building directory. They are automatically assigned the best-fitting locker. Once the package is deposited, the recipient is notified via email with a pickup barcode, allowing them to retrieve their package using the normal self-service pickup process.
This new feature enables self-service package delivery into ParcelPoint lockers, eliminating the need for concierge or front-desk staff. It streamlines deliveries, ensuring tenants receive packages securely and promptly.
Photo capture countdown
We've added a photo capture countdown so recipients will be aware of when the picture will be taken.
QR code added to Locker expiring notification
We updated the Package in Locker Expired notification to include a QR code. This code allows users to quickly access locker entry or pickup details, making it easier to retrieve packages. It also displays the locker number, allowing users to locate their specific locker with their package, and provides the name of the locker bank to clarify the location.
