Discontinuation of Parcelforce FrankPay service
As of July 21, 2025, Parcelforce has discontinued the "Parcelforce FrankPay" service from all mailing flows. Users will no longer see the Parcelforce FrankPay service on the Send a letter tab for the following workflows: Postage Sheets, Postage Roll, and Envelope. There are no changes to the rates for mailing and shipping.
